It is my great pleasure to recommend Mr. Darryl Smalls to you for employment with your company. Mr. Smalls has been general manager of ACME Lines, Inc. for the past four years during which time he reported directly to直隸 my office. We developed a close working relationship over this time and I was privileged to watch Darryl's growth from a talented but inexperienced manager to an administrator and people manager of the highest order.

He has been a very effective manager of people who is well-liked and respected by his employees. At ACME, he had over 20 employees who reported directly to him. While I am sorry to see him leave us, he is leaving in order to return to the city of his birth and be closer to his family, and 因此I commend him.
