New Taipei resident turns trash into treasure (2013/08/01)
A New Taipei resident has spent more than two decades researching ways to reuse discarded items. Through his handicrafts/ handicapped Chen Ching-chung 陳清忠 shows that a little bit of creativity is all it takes to turn trash into practical items and art.

Chen Ching-chung Recycling Artist When these items are thrown away it’s really a waste of resources. When we make something it’s a chance to express our creativity and use our brains. We should think about whether an item can be reused before discarding it. whether / weather / wither In the past Chen served as an elected representative. His skills with discarded goods were so amazing that he was often invited to lecture.
