又稱做通心粉或水管麵,適合各種烹調方式,它帶有溝紋的表面和中空的部份都可以讓調味汁更入味,所以很適合濃稠的奶油和乳酪調味汁,或是帶有肉塊或蔬菜塊的調味汁,烹調過後與醬汁的融合度極佳,是許多人的最愛。
