西元前(B.C.)與西元後(A.D.)的英文用法

過去對於英文中，西元前與西元後的用法一知半解，像是ＡＤ與ＢＣ個是甚麼的縮寫，還有為什麼西元前100年是100 B.C.，而西元後100年是A.D. 100。每次遇到這個問題，都快得躁鬱症了。(有這麼嚴重嗎...)
